Each pot contains 50ml of neat nitrocellulose which can be applied directly to the wood surface. They dry very quickly and produce a hard glassy finish, unlike other “pre-cat” lacquers These paints and lacquers are very easy to apply and generally require no sanding in-between coats.

Destroyed my guitar
This product stripped the paint from my Gibson SG and that's about it. Bought to touch up a small dent and the product just stripped the paint. Would not recommend this product at all.

Good strong wear resistant clear finish.
Perfect for the odd repair. Very durable. Used on a damaged fretboard. Played a lot since and it's just as I repaired it, even though it's at a point where I do a lot of string bends. Be useful for body chips too if you like to keep the guitar looking good.
