Having multiple lights operating on one pull switch tended to get the standard 5 amp pull switch slightly hot due to the load., so I purchased this 10amp one to be safe in the knowledge that it is able to handle the load. The unit is well made and the pull switch gives a positive click when switching on and off. apart from the fact it is white, there isn't much else you can say about it.
