If you want a decent phone and are budget conscious, this is the phone. Vry well built, feels sturdy with its weight, and everything is simply gr8 except for battery life which needs to be charged once in 2 days even for a moderate user like me. I selected this phone after a lot of homework and viewing review videos on Youtube comparing it with HTC Wildfire S and similar Samsung models and this one is the winner. One of the best budget android phones out there and I am happy with it except for battery life, but cant make a big complaint keeping the other good points and price in mind.
This is a decent smartphone, most likely the best value for money smartphone considering its features. PROS: Very robust but make sure you get a silicone skin and screen protectors, both for about £3 on ebay. I dressed mine so I do not worry scratching it at work (I work in an engineering shop) Excellent sound, the player is the usual Sony Walkman which is not an ipod but still fairly easy to browse tracks etc. Quick Internet browsing Decent GPS navigator Decent camera, nothing special though, good for emergencies CONS: Battery life totally sucks. Even with the highest capacity (2480 mhA i think) battery I found on ebay, there is no way to get more than 2 days operation between charges. A pain in the arse to sync with mac. Easiest way to go around this is to open a gmail account, synchronise your mac with it and let the phone to do the erst with its built in google sync feature. Same as above for music sync. I use isyncr (£1.99) to get songs from itunes to the phone. I had to download (for free though) several apps to get timer, torchlight, notes etc. My previous SE c902 had all these built-in. Skype video call is not supported, this may be a restriction placed from my network provider, not a phone issue. Finally, a small tip, if you want to tether without paying the network provide for the privilege, just install a free app called Fox Fi. You can only tether via bluetooth but still better than paying a fiver a month for tethering.Read full review
Very easy to set up and use. Runs on common android OS. Handy shortcuts that can be edited to suit. Quick charge time Walkman features handy for the gym
