Joe Longthorne is great.....
I stumbled upon Joe Longthorne by accident several years ago and was absolutely blown away. I had never heard of him. I immediately started searching for every video of him singing I could find and each song I found added to my amazement. The astonishing part to me was that most of the videos I found are from the 1990's. I wondered how I never heard of him before! In short, Joe Longthorne is one of the most gifted vocalists I have ever heard. His range is unbelievable and whether he's singing songs in his own voice or doing vocal impressions of other stars, he always delivers a top performance. I don't know if Joe Longthorne ever toured the United States, but I wish he had and I wish I could have seen him. He's had some health issues in recent years and age has not been very kind to him. His voice is still pretty remarkable, but it's impossible for him to sound as he did when he was 20 or 30 years younger. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with Joe Longthorne's catalog of music. Phenominal is the word I would use to describe his voice. One of the very best ever.
