Jack Rabbit Slim under a different name for whatever reason, captures the bands early style rather than the latter diversifications employed, that in my opinion, isn't "progressive" rockabilly like their hangers on would call it. Back in the day The Shaking Pyramids tried it as did Restless, The Rapids, Imelda May and others. The last real "progressive" incarnation of rockabilly that's emerged over the past few years is what I'd call hot rod rockabilly which surprise surprise came from the updated American rockabilly scene, which harks back to the Brian Setzer style with added vroom.
