It Works get results fast
I had to soak it in bleach after seeing scratches inside cylinder. I had to be hard with lube to get it to work. The suction was easily controlled with release valve. This didn't work at first. The silicone tore opening the nipple more. This allowed the shaft through easier. I got to see larger girth not sure maybe 1/2" circumference and 1/2" longer. The penis stays larger then usual for hours after, not erect just bigger. You can hurt yourself so go slow with the pressure. Like a diver if you had a gauge 2.5 PSI at a time for 5min then increase if tolerable. Don't be macho it hurts when a gonad get pulled in. Shaking the unit while pumping keeps the penis from getting stuck on cylinder. Teflon impregnated plastic inside cylinder might be good. I had to shave the shaft and around base. This allows a better attachment. No pulled hairs. I wish they had different sized silicone nipple. I didn't want to cut it. If your not erect your head will get all the vacuum and is painful. If valve doesn't work just tilt unit and press down on skin nearest cylinder to release pressure. Hope this helps. PS...your wife may get horny watching you sacrifice yourself and time for her. Dont waste your time or money!!
This pump is poorly made. The sleeve cover had a hole in it when I received it. Didn't notice the hole till first time used. Not sure but doesn't keep it's suction. Not sure why. The tubing at top caves in with just three pumps. Also if you dont pay attention you could hurt your spouse taking it off. Needs better off option.The sleeve is to hard to remove to be cleaned. Disappointment!
