easy set up - remote fixing.
Plus net badge this router/modem. It plugs in and runs out of the box. Because it's their own brand, any set up problems can be addressed remotely by the help line. I bought this because I had a problem, so they could fix it. What it showed them was that the problem was at their end, not mine. My old router was fine, but at least they can deal with any future problems.
