Great multipurpose tire
This is a great tire. Best of both worlds. It has low rolling resistance for mountain bike street riding while giving you ability to not slip when taking corners. When you do go off road in the dirt, the grip feels good and there is little slippage. I needed this tire because I had a very knobby mountain bike tire up front, and I was pedaling too hard. Find a better way to ship.
The product is okay. The problem was in the way it was shipped. The tires came bundled in what I would describe as football shape wrapping. The tires retained a weird collapsed pretzel shape that was very hard to work out in mounting the tires to the wheels. a good combination style of bike tire , great on hard pack , or asphalt roads

i installed these tires on my giant bicycle. they rode great, nice an smooth on the road, in the dirt they handle well. i aired them to 65 psi and they held up great . no wobbly tire syndrome as with some tires . they stick to the rim great as i removed the front tire to replace a tube with a slime filled tube, noticed that they stuck to the rim edge quite well. these are a great smooth rolling tire .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tires that perform as they should.
Best all-terrain tire I've used when off-roading isn't the call of duty. Used for road - to loose gravel bike trail - to beach and it performed admirably on my 03 Mongoose Rockadile. Low Price, Low Quality Reinforced.
These daze (days) it goes without saying that the cost of an item is usually an indication of its quality. That adage certainly applies to these Sunlite K847 Kross Plus Tires. Upon examining the tires closely I noticed that three to inner tire is wafer thin, which does not give me confidence that they will holdup to the many objects and rubble about that has the potential of puncturing the inner tube. I decided to postpone mounting the tires until I can find some material to reinforce the inner tire to help protect the tube, and avoid the time and inconvenience of getting a flat tire while out on a ride around town.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
