Good product that heals wound well but expensive and very hard to get hold of.
Worked well to heal parts of long term chronic wound. Originally prescribed by hospital doctor for inpatient & initially provided by hospital but not available at most chemists (say supplier has stopped supplying)therefore difficult to find a supplier. Unfortunately specialist's and doctor's instructions conflict with those accompanying the product and community nurses and I are confused re use and where to obtain more. Also very expensive when has to be used every day at required thickness when wound is dressed daily. Was told it's only available via prescription but obtained a tube via eBay. Specialist enquired and their supplier has it for $53 which is a lot of money each week for the 93 year old that requires it.
