Great steam cleaner
Item arrived and was super simple to put together. Heats up quickly and is ready for action. The cleaner is fairly lightweight, maneuvers well and the cloths are really big so covers a large surface area. Does a great job. Much better than my Thane H20 steam mop, of which I've had 2!! The water tank is easy to fill and creates enough steam off 1 tank to clean both my kitchen and bathroom floors. The handheld unit is small and easy to use and the tools supplied are good. Really disappointment
I had this steam for one and half month. After one month it stopped work. The communication with company is shocking. I am now without money amd without the steam. No one cares. Now I have to add my money and time. I can uderstand that some products are not could. I have had other steam cleaners but this is the best by far. I love that you can remove the innards and it becomes a hand-held device useful for steaming clothes, mattresses, curtains, stairs, kitchen worktops and bathrooms. Brilliant steam mop
I have had about 10 mops over the years, but this is brilliant, easy to use and does s really good job. Only downside is that water tank is not big enough.
