excellent hope they last a long time
These roasting trays up till now are excellent have been using them for all sorts of food and as yet nothing has stuck to them , Although it says dishwasher use I tend not to put these in due to not much stands up to a dishwasher over a period of time , so I just wash them in soapy water which takes seconds , and then store them with a lining to prevent scratching the internal non stick,. I have found in life that nothing is at good as you think so why not look after it instead of replacing them every few months or so.
