Mitigates itching but doesn't cure
This is a greasy oil, not a lotion. Once applied, one is supposed to rinse it off, but it takes soap and a sponge and some scrubbing to get it off. It takes away the itching for about a day, but it didn't cure or remove raised, scaly skin for me. It even seemed to get a little worse.
