Water filter 5 microns
A well functioning water filter that works well to capture particles. Works well on the following sediment particles, iron, manganese with more other particles. You see how well it catches particles after a couple of hours. Something to keep in mind when using this filter is that you have rubber gasket so that the filter mesh will work as intended. You should ensure that you buy new gaskets if these are older than three years. Because the rubber oxidizes after a couple of years, the gasket has lost some of its sealing ability. The filters are excellent for their area in which they are used. Something to think before changing filters. 1: The filter holder is clean and undamaged. 2: The O-ring is not damaged. 3: That the filter is completely 4: Use Vaseline on he filter housing. Please note Do Not Use Petroleum Jelly As It May Break Down O-rings Or Filter Housings)
