Don't bend your knees with long handle baseboard cleaner tool.
It is a step in the right direction for cleaning baseboard without getting on your knees. There is a learning curve and initial frustration, but keep going. I have a 2 x 4 turned on side for baseboard with quarter round on the floor. I have had to use a different area on pad for the top of that 2x4. Now clean, so will use pad dry and long handle to dust frequently. Challenge is dogs, hair dust dirt and of course vacuum duster attachments have all be chew toys. Microfiber duster
The duster itself is good but it doesn't really do as well as the details make it out to be. The duster on mine keeps falling off as I am cleaning. The swivel part of the duster keeps making the duster unscrew from the stick. Then if you wet the duster, it leaves residue behind. It's definitely helpful but just not as good as getting down and cleaning with a rag yourself.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does not work for us.
Product is not sturdy. Will not hold in place because the head will not hold still for any length of time. Turning the knob to tighten only lasts for 3 feet before needing to be retightened. Looks good in the ad, but does not live up to the advertisement.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It’s ok-it’s better than bending over
Hi, The head at the end of the stick turns out of place if not constantly tightened. The pads are ok but they will need replacing sooner than I thought.. I use damp cleaner on one pad -wait 2-3 mins then use dampened pad with no cleaning solution to get all the dust etc. I’m glad I bought here cheaper than the tv pricing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pad is too short!!
This is a good design, but there is one flaw. The PAD is too short. It covers a 4" baseboard, but mine is almost 6", so I have to do two passes to cover the height. Wish they offered a 7" pad on it. Other than that, it will work fine on short baseboards.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does the job
I did not want to crawl around to dust my woodwork and my worn out tool no longer functioned. I found this baseboard buddy and wondered if it was a gimmick or a tool but decided to give it a chance. Within 5 minutes I was sold. Does a great job on the floor baseboard as well as the trim around doors and the crown molding. Negative is the little Velcro piece pulled off when I removed the pad to clean it, but was easily reattached. The pads are not much but hey...they do the job. I rinsed the pad after the first use but found simply shaking it out worked best as it collects the dust without holding onto the dust when finished.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not great
Honestly, doesn't work great at all. It gets lose pretty easily and is only good for newer/smoother baseboards. You have to put a lot of pressure behind it to get baseboards clean. I did however use it for window seals & that seemed to work decently!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to use and cleans efficiently.
This product is just what I was looking for - to be able to clean baseboards without getting on my hands and knees.
