Ideal herb chopper set
The curved blade herb cutter is extremely sharp but is easy to hold whether your hand are small like mine, or larger like my husband's. The tray is quite weighty and has non-slip discs underneath to hold it steady when using. The tray is magnetized so that the cutter implement stays in place when you need to store it away. It is very easily cleaned. I believe it to be good value for money.

Excellent herb chopping
This is a lovely item - I was trying to replace an old hachoir of similar design where the handle had eventually broken beyond repair. This is even more robust, and a great colour. I would have given 5 stars, but only reservation is that this one does not hang e.g. from a hook as the previous one did (and the magnet probably not strong enough to allow even if it had the necessary fixing). Just a quibble - this is a 4 plus or a 5 minus.

couldn't buy a better one!
This is the best herb cutter i have had, easy to use and comes with an excellent chopping board, you simply chop whatever herb your using and there is a gap at the end of the board that you simply scrape it in to the bowl. so there is no mess, Excellent!
