Worked flawlessly from day one
We bought another brand of replacement remote control in the recent past as we could not get hold of an original control for our HDR-FOX T2. It did not wear well (silver colour soon came off) and some buttons became difficult to use. This time we went for this brand of remote control. It is larger than my original / previous replacement but is a joy to hold in the hand with nice large buttons. Not genuine.
Not sure why I thought this was a genuine Humax remote. It's not. The picture in the ad has a Humax logo on it so I guess I was easilly fooled. Perfect replacement for the original
I purchased the remote control for family members rather than myself. Less than a year ago I purchased a different brand which wasn’t as good as the original one. Then last month that replacement remote started acting up, therefore I looked for a replacement. At first I couldn’t find the exact same model as it was RM F rather than just RM. Anyway I’m pleased to say that the new one works well and the buttons are slightly bigger and easier to operate. If you’re concerned or confused about the difference then don’t worry it worked okay. Perfect replacement
This is a straight replacement for the original, same size and layout with exactly the same buttons. Originally bought another product, but it was poor quality and did not have the schedule button. Generic remote controls don't have the media button. This has both, and everything works. Not quite the quality of the original, but you can't get the original any more as Humax have obsoleted it. It works well, BUT...

Better than the original one!
This was a straight replacement for my original remote, which had always been fiddly (you needed to press the keys very hard) and then just stopped working. The new one is so much easier to use. A good replacement
It takes a bit of getting used to. The buttons are in different positions, so you may need to familiarise a bit so that you can hit the pause button without having to keep searching.
