ElectroVoice.. Bring the 15L back !!!
I play bass guitar and use EV15L’s in every 15” cab I have. No need for horn as it goes out to over 6k. Sweet, smooth top end with more hi-fi sound than bottom roar. I like my tone clean and smooth. If I need distortion, I use pedals. Hard to make a speaker made for distortion sound clean. Sad that Electro Voice decided to stop manufacturing the 15L. Some don’t like the 200 watt rating, but remember.... Mesa Boogie mated 2 of these 15L’s with the Bass 400 head. Nuff said. Pure tone.
