Very quiet, lot of great features, includes battery backup just a great value in a garage door opener.
A this was the first time that I have done an install of a garage door opener at 76 years of age it went very well. Just followed the instructions and everything worked perfect, it took me 6 hours as I don't work real fast. As far function I would say it is pretty close to belt drive as far as quietness, my previous home had belt drives. Buy the same brand you have
It was a mistake for me. If you have a chamberlin stay with it don't switch. Installation is a lot easier that way. Switching is like installing the first one with new brackets/ mounts.
