Pedal exerciser
I have only been using it for about 10days. I am 75 and have worn knee joints. I have a heart condition as well. Because of knee pain and lack of exercise I was walking like a penguin. I also found my blood glucose was heading for diabetes 11. I have also changed my diet. Oh and I forgot to say that the surgeon I saw 6 weeks ago said knee replacement was it for me as I might not wake up from the op as it is major surgery 😩 With the help of this pedal exerciser I am feeling a lot more optimistic about my life.
