Needed a minor adjustment.
Item is advertised as being suitable for 18mm to 25mm dia riser rails. To obtain a good working fit on a 18mm riser rail I have had to add a small piece EPDM rubber to prevent the holder from descending the riser rail under the weight of the shower head. Nice touch being able to fit to riser rail without having to remove the riser rail.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Considering the cost is half the price of the triton make it works well enough. When unscrewing to open it to fit on the bar you need to assist it with your fingers as it doesn't retract very well by its self.but once fitted works well.i purchased the triton model to and that needed slight assistance also.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does the job but not as good as the original part
Easy to fit. It is a little loose on a narrow rail but still holds. The hole for the shower head is tapered so needs to be oriented the correct way round. Overall it doesn’t feel as robust as the original part and doesn’t have the push button to facilitate adjustment.
