Gone are the days of the old pressure cooker hissing and threatening to explode. I was amazed at how silent and fast the Bella multi function cooker is. In 20 minutes or so it cooked a whole chicken and provided me with cold chicken for the chicken salad and 1.4 litres of chicken stock for the freezer. Magnificent.
