unhappy but happy
after following directions to first use I added water and hit the button. After a while steam started coming out of the lid handle. It just kept coming and steaming. I shut it off and after cooling took a look at the lid. There was a hole in the lid that had nothing in it to stop the stream from escaping. I had to order a new lid, 29.00 dollars. Fix it and forget it!
I had one before this one, exactly the same one that I got on sale a few years back for $35.00. I love it, but I dropped the lid and it has a broken piece of plastic now. That doesnt effect how it cooks and I hardly know its missing. I did have to order another gasket though cause I lost one...Well anyway since I use the heck out of mine, I wanted another one for backup.
