Looks and works great!
Had it a few weeks now and it's working great. Looks great with blue light when boiling but bought it as its easy to see the water level so don't overfill for just me. Quality looks good just not sure how long clear plastic power switch will last as it looks frail, only time will tell but at £18 a steal! :)

It looks good (for now). It’s good value & fast boil. See review+my 3 images=Off(cold),switch-on,,boil. But those water droplets don’t go away!
Love the look of it etc with the electric blue ring of lights while it’s on. Looks good, however 1 drawback is that the inside glass holds droplets of water as it cools down ( eg the glass is not water repellant) - makes me wonder if this may eventually get a build up of scale up the inside of the kettle within a year. my last see thru kettle did not do this, but that one cost me twice as much 10 years ago. This one being cheaper - you get what you pay for. Bought a water descaler donut for it in the hope that will extend its life.

Disco Kettle
I love this kettle. It’s great if you only want to make one cup of tea as you can see how much water is in it. Also good for more than one cuppa of course. The blue light in it is great so I call it my disco kettle. Also good for people who don’t have a good grip as it’s not too heavy to lift. And the price is great. Beautiful kettle - shows the limescale soon.
A very aesthetically pleasing kettle - it looks particularly good in the evening with the blue LEDs making the water look blue. It takes a fairly long time to boil but this does not seem a problem. The glass body shows up any limescale deposits (I live in a hard water area) and I needed to descale it after less than 2 weeks. Again not a problem as it looked beautiful again after the descaling - this could bug some people but I'm pleased that I get this very visible reminder of the need to descale it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not bad, probably doesn’t worth the money
Kettle itself is beautiful and elegant. But unless you pour water out of it really carefully the water goes everywhere and also lid gets stuck quite often. Unfortunately i hve no difficultly believing that this kettle will die on me soon ( my previous was a sainsbury’s basic kettle for £7 and that lasted 4 years) So over all not a bad kettle, anyway there’s no guarantee that a more expensive one will last longer either... so let’s seeVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value glass kettle
I had illuminated morphy richards glass kettles before but the lid hinges kept breaking. Early impression with this kettle it is good value, and boils quickly. I'm in a very hard water area so it needs regular demisting but a vinegar soak soon brings it up clean again. Overall very pleased.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
