product is perfect, but dealer has over priced this product.
i first ordered one from US which didn’t work because US uses another frequency for zwave compared to eu. so i returned that one. this uk one worked perfectly fine though. but i think the price for this is one is not fair at all, when shipping and import taxes are added, i ended up paying 3 times more for this uk one compared to the us version. due to being region locked i couldn’t find it anywhere else though.. and i really wanted smartthings compared to other hubs as smartthings supports both zigbee and zwave. so i was forced to buy this over priced one which shipped outside of uk. note: to make it work you’ll need to register with a uk samsung account. to make a up samsung account just use uk vpn and then create your new samsung accountVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
