Great sleep aid!
These Klova patches have helped change my life. The slower release of melatonin seems to be the perfect thing to bring on sleep. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I can usually go back to sleep. I do take a melatonin tablet every few days instead of the patch, just to make them last longer, as I think they are expensive.
