Crumbling tangy cheese.
Wonderful cheese, imagine a Stilton but next level?! You have Cromwell bishop! The veins don’t overpower the actual flavour of the cheese but just enhance the flavours flow across your pallet. Greta to snack on with some celery or cured meats, but also really nice on a bacon burger!

This yellow blue has a particular flavour, like a strong, mature cheddar in strength, which accompanies the blue beautifully.
