Good product recommended to me by my vet
My vet suggested this for my little terrier and it is significantly cheaper here than via the vet. I only use a tiny bit on my dog's toothbrush and after a few days she was looking forward to it. I have always brushed her teeth every day but they are still stained and have a little tartar. I think the tube will last a long time for a small dog like mine. Bought this product previously from my vet. I have a lurcher with very bad teeth and gums and awful breath. This stuff is amazing after a fortnight of daily teeth brushing and applying dentisept after with a soft rubber finger applicator my dogs bad breath has disappeared and nearly all of the plaque has come away from his teeth, and the red nasty gumline looks a good shade of pink. Does the job Highly recommend.
My jack russell has bad teeth and a gum infection he wont let me brush his teeth, but this stuff I just squeezed some onto his gums and a couple of weeks of using it his gum infection has cleared up his gums looked red and sore now they are pink and his breath smells better too. I was using seaweed extract and another natural toothpaste but it wasn't getting rid of the infection. I was reluctant to use this because it has a chemical in it but I used it because other stuff wasn't working he had antibiaotics which would get rid of it for awhile asoon as he came off them it would come back but ive been using this everyday for 2 weeks now its cleared up I will use it just a few times a week to keep on top of mouth hygiene now hes letting me look into his mouth I might start brushing his teeth I think he might let me now I think before the gums were to sore but this Dentisept has cleared that up its gr8 stuff I recommend it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It’s amazing

Bought on the recommendation of the vet for my Parson Russell terrier. Keep your dog's teeth sparkling with Dentisept.
This product puts a coat on the teeth to prevent tartar sticking to it. Been using it for a while now and dogs' (I have 11) teeth are looking good and, of course, far better to spend a little time cleaning the teeth than paying £300 or so for dental treatment and dog's kidneys having to contend with anaesthetic. So far so good with this product time will tell
Purchased this as my dog has very sore gums, only been using it for a short time. The gums are looking less red however time will tell. Just one thing it’s so so sticky which I find a good thing as it well and truly sticks to the gum. If this successful then it’s worth the price as it’s a little expensive.
