Blows away my poulan pro 42cc !
I bought this chainsaw from BM innovations listed as for parts or not working. I like the other guy says in another review it works just fine they look brand new and comes with a new blade! I put gas in it and oil in it pumped it six times pulled it five times and it started right up! I let it warm up for about a minute then I gave it some gas and cut through a couple logs like they were nothing I’m in love thank you so much. Completely blows away the power of my poulan pro 42 mL 18 inch. This appears to be an excellent chainsaw with upper Chalon features.Verified purchase: Yes

They are new looking but have a major problem when you get it start and run good I use mine one time and ran good put it on shelf in garage
One month later try to start and wouldn't even turn over. Pull plug and all the gas that was in tank was on top of piston. I drain that and still won't run more than 5 minutes. Saw was setting up right so pressure must build up in tank and force gas thru. Carburetor to pistol. So this is why they are such a good buy.some problems they couldn't fix. good value for home use
received chain saw ,,easy to put together ,, the only thing it was hard to start ,, it took several pulls to get it fired up ,, after priming more than it said in the instruction manual i did get it to run ,, seems to have lots of power , cut a 1/2 cord of wood and it did ok ,, i say 4 stars because its a hard to start saw maybe it will get better after it brakes in i hope ,its not the best saw just a mid line saw out there , i would say what i paid its not a bad value saw and would recommend if your looking for a home use saw by all means .Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

doing a great job !!! oak, poplar, I'm well pleased !!! did change HUSQVARNA plug with E3.12 use truel fuel, N use Husqvarna farm tough bar, to run h47 Husqvarna chains, but original bar run's 70 + 72 link chains, I'm loving this saw ,,, it's powerful enough, use farm tough bar, n 72 link chain's, mean's, use Husqvarna H47, or csc upstart, or 8-ten, or original bar, n any 70 link, or most 72 link, n honest, did carb drill, more power !! n she out perform's my 2, 3 year old blue max !!!!! saw's, but run true fuel !! n she's been great !!!! don't understand complaint's ??? if good plug, n good fuel ?? how u having a problem ??? I prime 5x not 10, n start every time, Animal for 50cc, !!!! some clain upstart chains, n 8 ten to agressive cut ??? with E3.12 plug, true fuel, , carb drill, MINE A BEAST !!!! HAPPY !!!

Poulan Pro 50CC Refurbished Chainsaw
So, I need a new chainsaw because my old Poulan Pro 42CC burned up. We all know Poulan Pro Chainsaws have a bad reputation. They are known to be very hard to start and not lasting long. I did not have much money for a new chainsaw, so I decided to try the refurbished 50cc. I have had it for over a month now and have cut about 5 cords of firewood with it. I've ran about 15 tanks of gas through it. So far It' doing good. The only thing I see so far is they need a better air intake/filter set up. It lets very fine dust get into the air intake. We will see how long it lasts. It was cheap. It's cut 5 cords of wood so far. It cranks and runs good. I had to adjust the carb after around 5 tanks of gas which was not a problem. Main thing is buy top quality 2 cycle engine oil and use 93 octaine gas.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Good, cheap saw.
The shipping speed was awesome, saw was exactly as described, slightly used, arrived clean and well packed. Had a new blade and the users guide. I put the saw together it fired right up. The only thing I had to do extra was tweak the carb, no big deal. These are great saws this makes my 3rd saw I own by poulan and I am a fairly heavy wood burner so I use them all year long. Opened the box, added gas and oil, installed a brand new Stihl professional RS chain, (unit came with what looked to be a new chain In a bag) I went out In the back field and was impressed with the power for such an inexpensive saw. Poulan 5020 Chainsaw
So far so good! I've run about 6 tanks of fuel through it and it runs and lugs well. Starts well warm or cold IF you read and follow the directions!!!! Plenty of power cutting thru 24" diameter white oak logs. Had to fine tune the new chain to make it cut even better though. Obviously used but works great.
Good saw, runs and cuts good. Mine showed obvious signs of use when it arrived, the paint was worn off the bar and the bar was blue from being overheated or ran without bar oil. There were pieces of wood and chips stuck in the clutch housing when I assembled it. The chain it came with was new and it cuts great.

Absolute piece of junk.
Looked brand new out of the box BUT after wasting an hour trying to get the chain on it's clear the saw has a major problem with the clutch and sprocket. Didn't get to use my saw for the job I bought it for because it absolutely won't work. Will have to take it in to a small engine shop when I have time to see if it's ever going to be usable. Who knows how much that will cost me. Avoid this product, I will probably end up losing my money on this deal.
