Purchased this one as a replacement for one that was 20 years old, having watched the video on your web site of how to assemble the machine, this made it easier than expected to complete the assembly. The machine worked first time we turned the key, the only problem we encountered was that the blades needed to be closer together for a finer shred for hedging, this was not easy but we spoke to the supplier who helped us to set them up correctly for our use, we would recommend this machine as great for gardeners and the like.

I'd love to give a positive review as I have three other Hyundai petrol machines and have had no problems getting parts for them but this one will not start. No spark at plug and nothing but the run around from their contact number. They agree I need a coil & HT Lead but so far have not sent one and only answer once every 24 hours. So to date; assembled product although manual missing detail it wasn't too difficult at all. Cranked over but it didn't start. Checked and no spark at plug and plug lead has a gash. Sent photo's. Sent photo's again a week has passed and nothing, I've asked them to take it back and still not a word. No product support. If you buy this you will be on your own.

Blades are too small to be re-sharpened, wear bar is pretty much fully forward as suplied. Blade is poorly adjustment as supplied which causes clogging. Generally the fit is poor.
