Solid & stylish
This replaced a shop bought 4ft x 18 inch x 18 inch vivarium - the kind we all buy when we get our first lizard. You know the one... cheap MDF with cheap wood effect foil wrap, cheap plastic sliders and wobbly glass panels. You know - the ones that are £50+ more expensive than the one you’re reading my review on. When you’re ready graduate from beginner (or move out of the student house and want something that looks more “young professional” for “Bruce the Gecko” or “Pete the Water Dragon” then these vivarium are solid built, smoothly painted and stylishly designed. The glass doors are good quality and ridiculously clear. Ventilation at the back of the tank is neat (and perfect for cables to hang through). Yes, it’s a couple of weeks wait for the build and shipping. But stop and think would Bruce the Gecko prefer a *Fiat or a Ferrari? *please note - these vivarium do not come in v6 or v12 (or with an engine of any sort). The reference is in terms of quality, not function.
