Excellent mid range gaming headphones
The sound from these headphones is astonishing for the price, deep bass never over powers the fine higher pitches, no problems with sound quality even at full volume. Feedback from other players is always super clear and I’ve been told by friends online that my mic is very clear and clean with no feedback etc. The best thing for me with the kraken pro V2’s is the way they deal with surround sound and sound effects in game. The sense of spacial awareness they give makes whatever your playing/ listening to so much more immersive. After a few rounds of Battlefield 5 on my PS4 I’d lost count of the amount of times I physically jumped from gunshots or explosions happening near me! After an hour or so I was hugging the wall as I went upstairs to the kitchen! Aside from the superb sound the headset itself is well made, it feels solid and good quality but without being heavy, it’s super comfortable even after a few hours of use. The retractable mic is a nice touch for when you’re playing alone and I also like the quick mute/ volume control on the cable for when your talking to someone outside of a game. If you want excellent sound quality and an immersive gaming experience without paying the earth for it the Razer kraken pro V2’s are for you.
