Smooth Feet
I had some dead skin that was visible in flip flops. It's gone now and my feet feel a lot smoother. If you just concentrate on the hard skin areas (which usually protrudes a bit) you can keep going until it has practically gone. You can't use it for long on skin that is practically normal though because it could cause soreness, so be careful on those parts. Sometimes Elbow Grease Is Better Than A (Tiny) Motor
The best thing I can say about this thing is that it does actually work, if you have a lot of time on your hands. If you have previously used an ordinary Pumice Stone or most other types of foot file though, you may need to prepare to have your patience tested. The rate at which it removes dry skin is so slow that after the first half hour I decided to quit. If you try to hurry it along with more pressure the puny motor just slows right down and you get nowhere. You may be thinking that I must have hooves or something if it takes that long, but no. My feet are pretty normal and like a lot of people they sometimes need a bit of care which I used to give with a hand held Pumice type thing with a handle. Thought I would treat myself as a Christmas present wow it really does the job its supposed to it also helps me a lot as I find it a bit tricky to do my feet with any other device as I have limited movement reaching down due to back problems so this is a real bonus but dont expect results in one session plus I have only used it over a period of a few days as you really shouldn't expect results in an instant all I can say is be mindful when using as you could end up having sore feet if you try doing it all at once (Think about it !!)
