Osteoarthritis
Like many things, you here that this is one works better than.....well this one does. I had constant knee pain due to osteoarthritis. I researched alternative solutions to pain relief as my GP was more than useless and found this. Within 5 days the pain reduced by 80% and with continuous use and without excessive movement (like going to the gym) i am practically pain free. No side affects to mention and after a while was able to reduce the amount of tabs so that you just keep yourself topped up. If you suffer like myself try it. Doesn't agree with me
I heard good reviews about this and am sure it is helping people but it did not do me any good. Firstly I have gastric problems and I found it gave me acid reflux. It also made me go to the toilet a lot. I had aches and pains. I took 2 pills which was probably too high a dose for me. I bought the 2000iu's which is equal to 10mg from amazon to see how that went because that is the lowest dose available but that still gave me indigestion and couldn't stop going to the toilet. So sorry but it just doesn't agree with me. it is just a case of trying it to see how you get on I guess but I would take a lower does first.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Serrapeptase reduced recovery time after 2 operations
The family and I have used Serrapeptase for years. Mum had two knee replacements six months apart and it shocked the medical profession how it speeded up healing. The amazing 'wonder' drug.
I purchased this mainly to help with arthritic joint inflammation having read about it being helpful for this. To be fair I have only been taking these tablets (2 a day) for a couple of weeks so very early days. However, I have noticed an amazing result in something else that is most noteworthy. 5 years ago I had a lumpectomy for breast cancer and it left me with a hard line of lumpy scar tissue which felt like a pencil just underneath the skin which was pretty horrible. The Serrapeptase has already caused a significant reduction in this and I haven't yet increased to the maximum dosage of 3 tablets which some people say is the optimum dose. I am so very pleased with this as it was quite evident and disfiguring post surgery. Not a miracle but close enough!!!

Internal healing
