Ok, a bit expensive
Ok spray, expensive. You absorb this through the cheeks instead of through the gut (not everyone can absorb these vitamins through the gut). You get 48 sprays, but you have to have 4 sprays a day. A lot of money for 12 days worth. Be nice if they added b6 as well. I prefer veg1 daily and liquid iron every few days.

Easy to use vegan vitamin spray.
I have been using this for over two years and find it takes the guess work out of vitamins and minerals I may be short of as a vegan. Very simple to use especially if you find tablets difficult to swallow. Tastes nice, too.
