Well designed silent extract fan.
This is a great high quality well designed fan that creates just a low swishing noise. It has a good extract performance, looks good and I found it easy to install. I had previously bought and installed the standard model a few years ago and have been very happy with it. This time I bought the humidity control model for another location and works brilliantly. Fuller featured & works well.
Very quiet. Fuller featured than most. I am using the humidity stat control (60/70/80/90%), the timer function (1,5,15,30mins) and the 50sec delay option so it gets humidity down to 60% after shower and also runs for 30 mins after anyone uses the light for 50secs (to remove odours). Silent and effective.
This is the second one of these fans I have had, the first one became faulty at just over 4 years but I couldn't find proof of purchase etc so bought another. As with the last one it took a bit of tweaking to get it working properly but don't be put off it seems not to be working properly straight away. Once I sorted it out it is excellent as before. Very quiet, easy to install, just the job
Replacements for existing noisy extractors. Had a slight dislike of steamed mirrors, so went for these which are not only more quiet (by a long mile, almost silent running in comparison to the vortice fans they replaced), but also the humidistat timed function. Easy retrofit, straight forward. Work perfectly and move noticeably more air (opinion based on feeling movement of air near the face of fan during uninstall /install of new). Very pleased so far.
Quieter than previous fan Tricky to install due previous fan electric entry in diagonal opposite corner. Had to extend wiring and only just had room in existing conduit for connectors & wires. Humidistat works, but calibration is guesswork without sophisiticated humidity measurement tools. Royal Mail messed up the delivery by sending it to the wrong Distribution Centre. Silent and sensitive
