Love it !! The heat output is very good, easy to use and the timer makes it very cost effective way of heating our conservatory. The duel heat settings are brilliant to be efficient and cozy. A bit of a disappointment!
Yeah it works all fine and is high quality built to last a bit longer than your usual. My problem is that the extra 2 fins don't even really get warm until you really crank it. That's just inefficiency in my book. Clearly the element for heating is roughly in the middle at the bottom and the oil rises from there and moves about an drops down etc. Trouble is that it must be the same length element as the 9 Fin hence why the two outers don't work until you rise above a certain temperature to get the heat to flow the oil to them.. I can't help thinking that the 9 fin would have been the better choice as it will work all 9 fins evenly at low power. Plus it's cheaper. Buy the 9 fin, not this one! Bought this to heat a room only used for a few hours each day. Good quality and well made. Heats up quickly and the timer works well too. Easily assembled and definitely worth the money.
