Pretty good can be excellent with setup
Bought used, this is one of the newer versions. I dyed the laurel fingerboard with rosewood stain as I really didn’t like the colour. Guitar needs a good set up including nut slots action and truss rod and intonation. It’s both that it’s really bad as it comes but I’ve been working on guitars over 30 years so have the skills to do everything. I think just by experience there’s a few slightly high frets so will spot level when I get chance. The QC is very good on these finish is excellent and the pickups are actually very good as is. Basically like most decent guitars it’s playable out of the box but can be made to play like a £3000 pound guitar with a full luthier set up or if you can do the luthier work yourself It’s a great work horse. I have a set of fender broadcaster pickups to fit for that last 30% of improvement
