As the name suggests, the Gibson SG Standard '61 Maestro Vibrola is expanding the SG Standard '61 with a vibrato function. The Maestro Vibrola offers gentle vibrato effects and the classic styling of the liver engraving on the string holder cover. The standard features include a slim, conical mahogany neck and a bound ram trial. The mahogany powder has a deeply shaped corpus mill, a 5-layer teardrop sling and a 22-bunch neck approach. The nickel-plated hardware includes a classic Tunes-O-Matic bridge and keystone mechanics as well as the Maestro Vibrola Tailpiece. The pickups are 61r and 61t Humbucker for a classic voice with m.
