Not Happy
I gave this HP printer one rating because the top paper feeder for the copy machine instantly jammed and broke on first use... It was really easy to set up I thought it was lovely I was excited it printed out pretty well nice and dark and came with color ink and black ink everything was perfect until I used the top paper feeder to make copies and it instantly jammed not happy what so ever had to return it thought it was a great buy for 50 bucks didn't expect it to jam and break instantly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good printer with challenging set up.
This is a wireless printer primarily. However I was using usb printer cables for a wired setup. The HP 123 easy set up really wasn't. The process was slow and I had to do quite a bit of cable swapping etc before I could get everything set up and functioning. I think I was expecting a plug and play and it really wasn't. My printer does not have the orignal parts and will not work without them
The ink that came in the box was not the orignal during setup it tells you when to install the ink when I installed the ink that came with the printer it informed me that it was not the orignal ink but the older generation and would not work in the printer. Please install the orignal ink to proceed. which I do not have. So I bought a HP ink new generation and it said the same thing! Quality Printer for the price!
Good printer, print quality is good. Easy to set up if you have ever set up a HP wireless printer. It can be a bit confusing if you have not! Bought this unit to replace an HP 4002 and if it continues to work correctly will be a step up. HP Ink Piracy in Action! Caveat emptor!
Warning!! This item needs original HP SETUP cartridges to setup and work initially, and in at least my case, that isn't what arrived -- fresh OEM cartridges, but those don't feed the bulldog. HP Extortion Management seems to have found a way to lock us up forever. The printer won't work without them, and they won't give them to you. Unless you can find a workaround that I can't, or unless you want a good-looking but rather large paperweight, I'd at least ask to make sure that either the setup cartridges are included or that at the very least the item has been pre-tested to insure that it actually works when it gets to you.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Doesn't work well and is difficult to set up.
At the moment, that being June 17, the printer is not working. I get a message saying it's in "error mode", whatever that means. I never have been able to get it set up to use wirelessly and now it doesn't print at all. I've had it less than 2 week and printed may 30 pages with it.
