    Keeps the batter from getting crusty brown next to the pan. Can be used on round or square pans. fits most sizes up to ten inches. Item keeps the batter flat in the center while baking. A must have for layer cakes. Item needs to be wetted down before wrapping it out side of pan, works great. Rated five stars.
