  • you must use a special primer like this for replacing any bonded auto glass/ windscreens

I used this product not quite what it is intended for I have an Audi Cabriolet and over time the sun unsticks the glass rear window from the fabric roof causing a heal load of problems their lots of videos on youtube and lots of different ideas how to fix it Don't use glue It won't work and you will ruin your Roof. I will tell you now Audi does not have a solution to fix this problem other than buying a new roof When you see how much that will cost I'm sure you like me will try to repair it. however, if you want your repair to last use this primer first if you don't after a while you will be having to do it again. The primer aids an excellent bond for the glass and fabric for A urethane screen sealant. If you are replacing any car glass that is bonded And most are these days The primer is a must. That why I used it all be it not quite for its intended purpose. Note also A difficult Job And if your not so confident and patient enough Perhaps you should seek a professional?
