Ointment for dry skin
I have chronic eczema on my eyelids and neck and this ointment helps it not feel like sandpaper. Ointment is better for eyelids because creams can burn sometimes. I have steroid ointment for flare ups but one should not use a steroid ointment daily. Steroid ointment thins the skin and makes white spots.
