Not badly made, but poor design.
On the plus side the hedgehog home came quickly and was easy to assemble. Sadly it appeared to be made of off cuts of wood. It was a poorly designed Iinterior. The hedgehog would be unable to access second compartment so we had to leave the central divider out The main issue however was the size of the entrance hole. Hedgehog Loves it Already
It is well made, light enough and I am able to lift lid if necessary. Size is perfect and my cat doesn't seem to mind it is there. A Hedgehog has already been inside moving straw and leaves around so hopefully it will use the House for hibernating in. I raised it off the ground slightly, so the wood will stay in good condition. Wooden Hedgehog House
Nice little hedgehog house, however it is made of cheap, thin wood. I had to do a few repairs on it when it arrived as it was damaged in transit and the interior compartment had become loose as it wasn't put together properly. Although it has got a waterproof roof, the wood would have quickly rotted without treatment, so I also had to give it a few costs of yacht varnish to seal it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

TThis hedgehog hut needs to be assembled but it is very easy to build. Assembling is very easy to do and the result is a fantastic hedgehog hut. It is very spacious for mum and her hoglets or just enjoy the roomy accommodation. The hinged roof is lovely for a sneak peak to see if any residents Excellent quality and looks great. Not fit for purpose.
It looked very nice when I opened the box, although I thought that the timber was a little on the flimsy side. After 3 days in the garden, the wood swelled and all the joints split. Not a good product
