Would be 5* if the exit vent oscillated in any direction. Only blows straight out, but for the price and power output I’m very happy with this. Also have 3 of the smaller ones (5k BTU) which also do not oscillate but all of them put out cold air. Would recommend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
