Edited Review ~ TOO SHARP for a butter knife.
Having used my Oxo spud peeler for years, as soon as I spotted these, I bought two. They have a comfortable light weight rubbery textured handle but it's flexible where the blade shank doesn't of into the handle very far. I wasn't expecting a butter knife to be sharp. I've used sharp knives for years with no incident, I've managed to cut myself 3 times in the first week of using these. UPDATED: Due to the amount of accidental & nasty cuts my family have received using this serrated blade I would say these knives are NOT suitable to be described as a butter knife. They are extremely sharp & should carry a warning (Trading Standards Advise) My advice would be to keep these away from the young and elderly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
