Fun feel good movie with many crazy twists
We really love the light, funny mood of Ferdinand. Lots of characters with personality par for many laughs. Lupe is a bit much for us, but admittedly, she makes the movie as she pushes it through various twists and turns. Our love is with the family of Juan and Nina who take Ferdinand in when he is homeless. We also love the music, especially "Lay Your Head On Me" by Juanes, which you can enjoy even more if you know both English and Spanish.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Okay, "Coco" this ain't. The hip jokes thrown out in rapid - fire fashion (some hit, some miss), while the characters seem to be in constant motion, feels as if the producers are trying to reach an audience that haven't started reading the beloved Beatrix Potter books yet.
