No thrills war film.
No nonsense look at war . A us tank nicknamed fury is behind enemy lines, it tells the tank crews struggles to survive etc a clerk is ordered to join the fury team (never been in combat or trained) he is only 18yrs of age church goer .he is taught the harsh realities of war ,its good plot well acted .the special effects are gòd , good cast ,not a fun movie to watch,but good realism war film. A film depicting very realistic tank battles.
A realistic film of tank battles where the American tanks are utterly outgunned by the vastly superior German tiger tanks. Very good battle scenes and rather gory in places but telling it like it was. The shooting of prisoners did happen and was carried out by both sides, this is shown to good effect. Great film, staring the only working Tiger Tank
I decided to buy this after visiting Bovingdon Tank Museum in Dorset and hearing that their Sherman and Tiger tanks were used in the film.
