The collectible offering, which was conceived by and directed by Adam Jones, features a 4" HD rechargeable screen with exclusive video footage, charging cable, 2 watt speaker, a 36-page booklet and a digital download card. 2019 release, the band's first new album in 13 years. Tool members include drummer Danny Carey, guitarist Adam Jones, bassist Justin Chancellor and vocalist Maynard James Keenan. To date, Tool has released four studio albums, one EP, and one box set. Formed in 1990 in Los Angeles, California Tool emerged with a heavy metal sound on their first studio album, Undertow in 1993. Later, Tool became a dominant act in the alternative metal movement with the release of it's follow-up album Ænima in 1996. The band's efforts to unify musical experimentation, visual arts, and a message of personal evolution continued with the release of Lateralus in 2001, and 10,000 Days in 2006 - gaining Tool critical acclaim, and commercial success around the world. Tool has won three Grammy Awards, performed worldwide tours, and produced albums topping the charts in several countries.

Fear Inoculum is a wonderful album!
13 years in the waiting for this new album, and now I simply want more. I have loved Tool since I was a teenager, and when I heard this album for the first time it was almost like a time warp. They have aged, but the music is still full of depth, emotion, and a specific sound that is unique to Tool. Obviously, everyone has their own opinion, so mine shouldn't have much bearing on anyone. However, as a long time Tool fan, I was not disappointed, and I look forward to future releases. Awesome Tool Keepsake for a Fan
This is a lot smaller than what people may have in mind. It's about the size of a CD case that had a sleeve over it in the 90's. But, it has a really cool feature inside where you can watch videos not of TOOL but definitely like TOOL and the booklet is great. The cd's are awesome but I would suggest not using this and putting it up. This set will maybe became somewhat like Salival in a few years, and you'll never get it again, and most TOOL fans will never sell it, as we will never sell our Salival, so I say buy it now before there are no more left or the prices are hundreds. If you aren't a TOOL fan, you may find it boring and if you are the casual listener, you may think this is too expensive just to get the CD's.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great to have a complete collection, but just sits on shelf since the music is all digital. The video on the player is not that amazing, but is cool.
Only bought this Deluxe CD to have the current complete TOOL Discography. Also, I really wanted to see the video and to have the album artwork. Otherwise, it just sits on a shelf because the video is not that amazing that I have to watch it over and over, and I have all the music on Spotify (still need to download the official mp3s, I guess). If you are a Tool fan, you must have this album. If you are not, listen and become one. Tool is pure awesome, inspiring music with power to spare. Tool is the Greatest!
Tool is the greatest band ever. Their new CD (Fear Inoculum) is excellent. The built in video screen with sound (on the inside of the cover) is exceptional, and it even came with a charging cable. I love the booklet that has pictures of the band members and lyrics to the songs. The CD is full of artwork by Tool's favorite artist Alex Grey. Buying up albums like this and selling them for twice the price is just wrong.
Album is great. I am a huge fan. I think it is crap that people buy them up and sell them for twice the price though. Luckily tool printed out a bunch more because of the fact. Too bad I gave this person the satisfaction before I knew they were going to. I am grateful they sold it to me for 75 dollars or so instead of the 100+ I see them online for though.
