Nice idea not the best execution
For the best fit the instructions state you should remove your carpeted floor. This does indeed allow the mat to fit flush with the shape of the boot. However since the mat doesn’t have any kind of reinforcement it quickly loses its shape when heavy object are placed on it. Like the original carpeted mat this should have an insert to keep it from dipping and bowing under the cargo load. There was a good thought process in raising the edges to keep any fluids in the mat which is undermined by this oversight as it would probably all leak towards the seating area.

Good boot liner
Genuine part and fits inside Mach E boot perfectly when the existing floor is at the upper position. Dimpled underside holds it in place and it's not super heavy, so can still lift floor to get to lower boot compartments.
