Highly recommended for migraines.
I definitely recommend butterbur with feverfew. In my experience, it lessens the intensity of my migraines and makes a big difference. I still get as many but they aren't as severe as without. I also take GP prescribed tablets and I'd rate this supplement as highly as Sodium Valporate that I'm prescribed, in terms of a step in the right direction. I rely upon this supplement and buy a pot each month. Migraines are very debilitating therefore anything with evidence that helps is worth a try for your wellbeing.
